About Us : My Heart Centre Sdn Bhd are specializing in cardiac services, and general physician work. Currently we are operating at "Klinik Pakar Jantung Dr Rahim" with 2 branch at Alor Star Kedah and Alam Impian Shah Alam. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional one stop services designed to identify potential heart-related issue to our patient and given them opportunity to take proactive steps towards maintaining their health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and dispensing prescribed medications accurately.
  • Explain basic medication instructions to patients (if trained).
  • Ensure proper labelling and packaging of all medications.
  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness before submission to pharmacist.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify pharmacist for reorders.
  • Receive, store, and label incoming medications.
  • Check expiry dates and ensure safe disposal of expired drugs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
  • Update patient medication records in system.
  • Maintain proper filing of prescriptions and pharmacy documentation.
  • Assist in monthly stock-taking and inventory audits.
  • Greet and assist patients at the pharmacy counter.
  • Respond to basic medication-related queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a calm, polite, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Follow all SOPs and safety protocols related to medication handling.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
