Junior Accountants – Job Description

Based in Port Klang/ Subang Jaya

  1. To assist Finance Manager in handling finance and accounting functions of the Company, including accounts closing, cash flow, audit and taxation.
  2. To check and ensure all AP and AR are processed timely and accurately.
  3. Actively involve in the preparation of management reporting and conduct the analysis of financial results. Highlight the cost irregularities or variances and recommend for cost improvement activities.
  4. To prepare product costing/pricing and liaise with customers for their queries relating to the commercial aspects.
  5. To evaluate workflow processes/procedures and recommend changes to improve accuracy and efficiency of accounting functions.
  6. To carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:-

1.Candidates must possess at least diploma, tertiary degree or professional qualification (eg: ACCA/CIMA/CPA) in accountancy or equivalent.

2.Minimum 3 years working experience with full set knowledge.

3.Familiar with accounting and tax regulations.

4.Good written and verbal communication skills.

5.Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills.
