Job Descriptions

General

  • Support on network equipment, storage systems, and end-user connectivity. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for end users
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, resolving issues proactively.
  • Maintain documentation for IT assets, procedures, and configurations.
  • Ensure disaster recovery plans and backup procedures are tested and up to date.
  • Maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Support office IT equipment (printers, network storage etc)
  • Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and connectivity issues and any other ac hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

Role Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • No work experience required

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
