Our client Electroloy Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Market Development: Proactively expand market coverage and develop new opportunities.
  • Client Management: Maintain strategic relationships and provide excellent service to the customer base.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales analysis reports, including monthly and weekly updates.
  • Contract Negotiation: Work on negotiating terms and conditions that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Technical Support: Offer pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  • Product Optimization: Initiate technical testing and propose product improvements for specific customer projects.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume goals and growth targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Assist in creating and developing an industry knowledge base to stay ahead of market trends.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a recognized Diploma or Degree. Those without prior experience are also welcomed to apply if you have strong interest in sales.
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with local and Chinese customers.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required (50% travelling).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Malaysia Electronic Market, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), or wave-soldering processes is advantageous but not required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service and negotiation abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills to create engaging and informative materials.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
