We are looking for a versatile and dedicated
Employer Branding Intern
to join our team. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to our HR & Marketing initiatives and functions with overall firm and group objectives and to take ownership to promote and build positive culture.

This position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

  • Support with marketing collaterals for campus programs, career fairs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support with idea generation to execution for employer branding activities
  • Assist in content creation for social media (Instagram & LinkedIn) and internal branding materials
  • Coordinate branding logistics, event reporting, and vendor communication
  • Research marketing & branding trends and benchmark our presence with competitors

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Creative and passionate about branding and people engagement
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work on multiple projects
  • Familiar with Canva or basic design tools is a plus
