JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess AT LEAST Sijil SKM in Aviation/Ground Handling.
• Possess Sijil Kursus Induksi PB-PPD-PP
• Possess VTO/TVET-I Certificates
• Has worked in aviation industry
• Candidate who have experience in preparing WIM and SKM Final examination portfolios will given priority.
• Experience with SKM, JPK & PTPK work flows and process.

JOB ROLES:

• Conducting theoretical and practical tutoring/training/assessments for the implementation of the aviation course.
• Explaining to trainees the objectives, requirements of skill training, and the assessment process, which includes both theory and practical/performance aspects of accredited programs based on the latest NOSS.
• Registering trainees through the designated system for the purpose of enrolling in the training program.
• Implementing the skill training and assessment process for carrying out training/accredited programs with reliability, transparency, and validity on a continuous basis.
• Monitoring performance development and guiding trainees in each competency.
• Guiding trainees in the preparation of competency evidence records.
• Completing and verifying the Cumulative Assessment Record (RPK) for trainees as soon as the assessment is completed, ensuring reliability, transparency, and validity.
• Ensuring that trainee assessment records are updated in the system as soon as the assessment is conducted.
• Managing the certification of trainees who have completed skill training based on the accredited program.
• Carrying out follow-up actions based on PPL reports for continuous improvement purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
