Job Summary:

We are hiring for multiple levels within our Audit division — from Associate to Senior Associate — Available positions in
Sunway Tower
(Jalan Ampang),
Cheras
(Bandar Sri Permaisuri),
Klang
(Bandar Botanic).

As part of our Audit team, you will work with SME and mid-market clients, with opportunities for cross-border engagements. You will be involved in audit planning, execution, and reporting, while collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams. This role offers professional growth, exposure to diverse industries, and a supportive, collaborative environment that values learning and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

For Audit Associate

  • Perform assigned audit tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and finalize audit working papers and audit reports for SMEs.
  • Assist senior team members in preparing audit schedules, procedures and draft audit plans.
  • Prepare draft tax computations and ensure adequate provision of tax liabilities.
  • Liaise with company secretary, tax agents and other authorities to obtain statutory information required during the audit.
  • Confirm final audit reports with clients before release.
  • Prepare group financial statements.

For Audit Senior

  • Complete audit assignments within the timeframe given.
  • Follow up on any outstanding issues from clients.
  • Liaise with clients on all aspects of the engagement including highlighting to the client the issues related to accounting or other related areas.
  • Identify and document audit issues and recommendations to enhance improvements in controls and procedures.
  • Manage and guide juniors on engagement teams and review their work before submitting to the manager for review.
  • Execute and review audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with MPERS/MFRS and ISA.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or its equivalent.
  • For Associate: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • For Senior: Minimum 2–3 years of audit and tax experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay is required; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
