Overview

Brand Soul is looking for a proactive Brand & Marketing Executive (Hybrid, Contract Role)
to support our day-to-day branding and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll be working closely with our team to execute campaigns, manage content, and ensure smooth coordination across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily marketing operations including scheduling, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content across digital platforms (social media, EDMs, websites).
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategy development.
  • Liaise with designers, vendors, and media partners to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, databases, and internal documents.
  • Track and report performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to branding and marketing projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong command of English and CHINESE (both spoken and written).
  • Basic knowledge of branding and marketing concepts.
  • At least 3 years of marketing related experience with proven track record.
