Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager
based in Mumbai to drive business development and marketing initiatives across India. The ideal candidate will combine
technical knowledge of the oil & gas sector
with
strategic marketing acumen
, and play a key role in expanding Technisur's footprint, shaping brand positioning, and converting pipeline opportunities into successful contracts. This position requires close collaboration with technical, operations, and regional teams within the IEV Group.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote AIM solutions—SHM, Pipeline Health, Corrosion Control and CUI Management.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, closing, and after-sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including EPC contractors, asset owners, and O&M service providers.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website content, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and product videos.
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral: brochures, case studies, technical datasheets, and presentations.
  • Track market trends and customer insights to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to align marketing narratives with technical strengths.
  • Work with the GM and regional leadership to forecast revenue, track sales KPIs, and generate regular performance reports.
  • Support tender submissions and proposal packaging for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in the
    oil and gas sector
    , preferably in sales, marketing, or business development for engineering or integrity services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field preferred). MBA or marketing qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in
    technical B2B sales and marketing
    , ideally with exposure to AIM, NDT, Corrosion control or digital inspection solutions.
  • Strong command of marketing tools including CRM platforms, social media (esp. LinkedIn), and content development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Deep understanding of the Indian oil & gas landscape and customer decision-making processes.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with robotics, digital twin, and data-driven asset monitoring systems is a distinct advantage.
