About the role

We are seeking a skilled Windshield Replacement Technician to join our team at Honda Vimal Auto Liner Sdn Bhd in Kangar Perlis. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for expertly removing and replacing damaged windshields on a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

1. Carefully inspect and assess damaged windshields to determine the appropriate repair or replacement method
2. Expertly remove old windshields using specialised tools and equipment
3. Prepare the vehicle's frame for the installation of a new windshield
4. Precisely measure, cut, and fit replacement windshields to the vehicle
5. Ensure the proper adhesion and sealing of the new windshield
6. Perform quality checks to verify the integrity and functionality of the repair
7. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
8. Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Windshield Replacement Technician or similar automotive repair role
2. Strong knowledge of windshield repair and replacement techniques, materials, and equipment
3. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
4. Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment
5. Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
6. Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
