Key Responsibility
- To establish Work Instruction (WI), Visual Aid (VA) and Critical Control Point (CCP) for all processes.
- Prepare documentation for technical reports.
- Discover areas for continuous improvements.
- Work closely with NPI team for new project launching or new product development.
- Assessing processes, taking measurement, and interpreting data (cycle time, material usage, die cut mould traceability)
- Participate and engage in new equipment/machinery setup and qualifications.
- Develop plans to improve the production, quality, costs and labor required.
- Productivity improvements activities (production efficiency and production output set by the Management)
- Quality improvements activities (to achieve quality standards)
- Cost reduction (cost saving activities: process optimization, material, energy saving)
- Troubleshooting problems in the production lines (market claim, QC internal detection) and providing recommendation and training.
- Generate new ideas and solutions to yield improvements.
- To monitor the OEE improvement plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Prefer Mandarin speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Packing industrial.
- Computer literate: MS Office & ERP System
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
