Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Marketing Executive to support both online and offline marketing campaigns for our expanding network of clinics. This role involves digital content creation, community outreach, and brand strategy support to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Online)

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Create quality content: posters, short videos, and promotional copywriting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.
  • Monitor ad performance and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly digital marketing reports.

Offline Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Organize flyers distribution, community promotions, and event booths.
  • Liaise with local schools, mosques, and companies for collaborative campaigns.
  • Manage physical promo materials (banners, bunting, flyers, door gifts).
  • Ensure the clinic's brand is visible and known within the local community.

Creative & Branding Support

  • Provide ideas for health campaigns and monthly promo themes.
  • Support the team with brainstorming and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and local market needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Communication / Multimedia / Relevant field
  • Proficient in social media and basic digital ad platforms (Meta Ads preferred)
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven personality
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, or other design/video tools is an advantage
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Willing to do fieldwork / community marketing when required
  • Can start immediately (no notice period)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
