Job Description

  1. Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for TikTok and videos to produce shareable and compelling visual content that resonates with our audience.
  2. Support the daily management of our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring user engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to guide future strategies.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, especially on TikTok, and suggest creative ideas to enhance our social media presence and overall marketing initiatives.
  4. Identify and engage with influencers to establish brand partnerships and promotional activities that align with our marketing goals.
  5. Coordinate and actively participate in company events, programs, and projects, providing logistical support and leveraging these opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts.
  6. Assist with various marketing-related tasks as needed and undertake additional duties assigned from time to time, ensuring a flexible and proactive approach to support the marketing team's objectives.
  7. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
  2. Fluent in speaking and writing English and Malay.
  3. Malay millennial female who likes makeup is preferable.
  4. Active on personal TikTok account is preferable.
  5. Possess good visual and video editing skills.
  6. Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines.
  9. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
  10. Have an outgoing personality.
  11. Aggressive, result-driven.
  12. Good time management & stress management.
  13. Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
  14. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.

Allowance : RM1,000.00 per month
