IT Internship

• To ensure company software-related daily activities, projects, security, DRP, and compliance with legal requirements and IMS requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to understand business requirements, system maintenance, change requests, and new developments.
• Identifies, diagnoses, debugs and resolves issues.
• Evaluate and propose a yearly IT software-related plan.
• Evaluate and propose yearly IT software purchases and contracts.
• Training and development of staff and users. Assist in hardware-related daily activities, projects, security, DRP, compliance with legal requirements and IMS requirements.
• Assist in PC upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Provide IT Software Monthly Report to group management info manager
• Follow and execute plans to achieve Department KPI.
• Assist in documentation.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Study in E-commerce, IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player and self-starter.
• Knowledge of Programming, MSSQL, data analytics, and Power BI is desirable.

Contract length: 3-9 months

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
