Job Summary

The Marketing Senior Executive supports the planning and execution of Delta's marketing initiatives in Malaysia to strengthen brand awareness, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement.

This role works closely with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to develop integrated marketing programs that include digital campaigns, content development, and events, ensuring alignment with Delta's business objectives and corporate branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns and Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Delta's solutions and increase visibility in the Malaysian market.
• Coordinate marketing activities such as product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement events.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to localize and adapt global marketing materials for the Malaysian audience.

2. Digital and Content Marketing

• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media updates, and email campaigns to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Create, edit, and manage marketing content such as articles, newsletters, videos, and case studies that communicate Delta's value propositions.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to improve content effectiveness and campaign ROI.
• Ensure all digital communications align with Delta's brand tone and corporate guidelines.

3. Brand and Communication Management

• Uphold Delta's brand identity across all communication channels and marketing materials.
• Support public relations efforts including press releases, corporate news, and media partnerships.
• Assist in internal communication initiatives to strengthen brand alignment within the organization.

4. Sales and Business Enablement

• Develop sales kits, brochures, product sheets, and presales materials to support the sales team.
• Work closely with business units to align marketing initiatives with key account activities and product launches.
• Support customer engagement programs that drive awareness and lead generation.

5. Market Insights and Reporting

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in Malaysia's industrial and technology sectors.
• Track, evaluate, and report marketing performance metrics to management, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, industrial, or energy sectors.
• Proficient and understanding the basic of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively across teams and functions.
• A proactive, creative, and results-driven individual with strong project management skills.
