Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled RPA Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform and deployed bots.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Platform Administration
- Manage and maintain the RPA platform (UiPath), including installation and configuration.
- Collaborate with COE developers to support infrastructure-related or enhancement activities, ensuring successful execution and alignment with targeted goals
Manage Bot Deployment & Monitoring
- Work with stakeholders to raise change requests and coordinate the deployment of developed workflows into production. Ensure deployments are executed according to schedule and meet defined timelines.
- Monitor bot activity using tools like UiPath Orchestrator and proactively address any operational issues.
Support & Collaboration
- Provide operational support for RPA processes developed by the COE team.
- Participate in migration activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to developers from other functions to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance or execution failures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, RPA Administrator or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with RPA process compatibility improvements and infrastructure support is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud-based RPA environments is a plus
- Willing to learn and be curious about root causes or any issues that may arise in the system environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) equivalent understanding of RPA lifecycle or enterprise platform.
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent understanding of IT service management principles
