Production Technician

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performing the autonomous maintenance services and analyses and monitoring the machines performance by provide solution or improvements steps.
2. Performing the preventive maintenance based on the preventive maintenance schedule from the superior.
3. To attend the machinery breakdown and major services of machines, perform the root cause analysis and suggest the relevant preventive action.
4. To understand production machines, equipment, systems (PLC, SCADA) and provide training for all production operators and ensure related production operator competence on machines and equipment operations.
5. To monitor and follow the minimum spare part quantity and prepare the spare part for maintenance purpose.
6. Review and monitor operations processes to find continuous improvement on machinery.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical or equivalent.
• This role required to work on shift and based at Sitiawan, Perak.
