Overview:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role plays a key part in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives across field marketing, brand communications, and on-ground engagement programs. You will support multiple business units and regional offices to strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and contribute to business growth through strategic marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management
    : Plan and execute marketing events (tradeshows, webinars, roadshows) within timelines and budgets; coordinate with vendors and internal teams; track results and post-event ROI.
  • Social Media Management:
    Manage and update company social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency, timely content posting, and regular performance reporting.
  • Website Management:
    Maintain and update company websites and e-Shop content; monitor SEO performance, analytics, and user experience.
  • Branding:
    Ensure consistent brand identity across materials; support creation of marketing assets and refinement of branding guidelines.
  • Customer Experience & Loyalty:
    Manage customer satisfaction surveys and loyalty programs; analyze feedback to enhance engagement.
  • Financial & Partner Management:
    Track marketing expenses and coordinate partner-related claims, reports, and co-marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology or industrial sector.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, lead management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva).
  • Regional marketing exposure (Singapore/Philippines) is an added advantage.
