What You'll Be Doing

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Oversee daily store operations, including shift scheduling, cleanliness, and smooth service flow.
• Ensure the outlet runs efficiently while maintaining the unique myBurgerLab atmosphere.
• Tackle challenges quickly, calmly, and effectively.

Deliver Outstanding Service

• Lead by example, providing warm, friendly, and memorable experiences for every customer.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues with care.
• Maintain fast, accurate, and consistently positive service standards.

Maintain High Food Quality

• Ensure every burger and side dish meets myBurgerLab's standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor consistency, hygiene, and food safety practices.

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Train, motivate, and guide team members to perform at their best.
• Support onboarding for new hires and provide ongoing training.
• Provide regular feedback and cultivate a positive, respectful team culture.

Manage Inventory & Safety

• Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety standards are followed.
• Conduct safety briefings, drills, and keep emergency plans current.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or similar fast-paced environments.
• Friendly, approachable personality with strong people skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changes.
• A team player who values collaboration and good workplace vibes.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Open to Malaysians only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
