SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – OUTDOORJob Summary
Responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing outdoor sales activities, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves on-site client visits, market development, and executing sales & marketing strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales (Outdoor)
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
- Prepare and present product/services proposals to clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closing sales deals.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of client information, sales reports, and visit logs.
Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to support sales.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing comparison.
- Promote company products through roadshows, events, and outdoor marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for brochures, catalogs, samples, and promotions.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events for branding.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer feedback and follow up on after-sales service.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding delivery, payment, and product updates.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Update management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years outdoor sales experience (FMCG, trading, manufacturing, industrial products, etc.).
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel and conduct frequent customer visits.
Advantages (Optional Skills)
- Experience in B2B or industrial sales.
- Knowledge in product marketing, promotion planning, or customer service.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (English, Malay, Chinese).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
