Tractor Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tractor Driver to support daily estate operations. The successful candidate will operate tractors and machinery to assist with cultivation, planting, spraying, harvesting, land preparation, and general estate maintenance.

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate tractors and related farm machinery safely and efficiently.
• Carry out field operations including ploughing, harrowing, planting, spraying, and harvesting.
• Transport materials, crops, tools, and equipment around the estate.
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance on tractors.
• Report mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team.
• Assist with irrigation setup, field preparation, and estate infrastructure tasks.
• Follow all safety rules and ensure compliance with estate policies.
• Help with general labour when required.

Job Requirements :

• Previous experience as a tractor driver or farm machinery operator.
• Valid tractor/machinery operator's license (if applicable).
• Good understanding of farming operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Application must be able to work at Segamat, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM1,900.00 per month
