Job Descriptions:

1. Technical Support

  • Provide consultation or technical information to Coway Technician(CT) thru call or face-to-face.
  • Monitoring any non-genuine part change by the Coway Technician.

2. In-House Repair

  • Repair all products that failed to be repaired by the Coway Technician in the customer's house.
  • Repair equipment that is used by the service person(Cody) and the Coway Technician.
  • Involved in rework if there is a product quality issue.

3. Used Part Testing and Refurbish Management

  • Collect worst part from Coway Technician/ Logistic Technician(LT)/ Logistic Technician Leader(LTL)/Air-Cond Installer and Goods receipt reporting.
  • Testing the worst part and refurbishing the used part.

4. Adhoc Warehouse or Inspection Support

  • Support warehouse PIC upon request by the superior.
  • Quality inspection in the warehouse upon request by the superior.

Requirements:

  1. Min. diploma in electronic/mechatronic/electrical/mechanical.

  2. Experience working as a technician in troubleshooting and repairing, and quality control.

  3. Excel, troubleshooting, repairing home appliances, quality control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
