Responsibilities:


• Oversee and manage the daily production operations of a pyrolysis plant.


• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.


• Address equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.


• Collaborate with the maintenance team to execute routine and preventive maintenance.


• Record production logs and operational data reports.


• Drive continuous improvement projects for productivity and quality.


• Train and mentor plant operators and technicians.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• Experience in pyrolysis, petrochemicals, waste valorisation, or related fields is a plus.


• Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental standards.


• Experience operating factory equipment and production systems is preferred.


• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.


• Ability to adapt to shift work and handle pressure.


• Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
