About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team at EAGLE CLIFFE (M) SDN BHD' in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs accurately and efficiently
2. Provide patients with information and advice on the safe and effective use of their medications
3. Monitor patient drug therapy and identify and resolve any potential drug-related problems
4. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
5. Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations
6. Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations and patient outcomes

What we're looking for

1. Registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Malaysia
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practising pharmacist, preferably in a community or hospital setting
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and advise patients
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions
5. Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and computer systems
6. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
