Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Daily Management
  • Oversee daily café operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, workflow).
  • Ensure food and drinks are prepared according to quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with suppliers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for customers and staff.
2. Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and problem-solving in a professional manner.
  • Build positive relationships with regular customers.
3. Staff Management
  • Schedule staff shifts based on business needs.
  • Train new team members on service standards and café procedures.
  • Motivate and guide staff to work efficiently and respectfully.
  • Maintain good team communication and discipline.
4. Sales & Reporting
  • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
  • Help plan promotions or seasonal menu items to boost sales.
5. Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
  • Keep proper records for temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and inventory.
  • Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in F&B or café operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge.
