Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Daily Management
- Oversee daily café operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, workflow).
- Ensure food and drinks are prepared according to quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with suppliers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for customers and staff.
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and problem-solving in a professional manner.
- Build positive relationships with regular customers.
- Schedule staff shifts based on business needs.
- Train new team members on service standards and café procedures.
- Motivate and guide staff to work efficiently and respectfully.
- Maintain good team communication and discipline.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Help plan promotions or seasonal menu items to boost sales.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- Keep proper records for temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and inventory.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs.
- Previous experience in F&B or café operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
- Friendly and positive personality.
