About the role
We are seeking an experienced Therapist to join our team at the Kufong Therapy Centre in Sandakan, Sabah. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality natural and alternative therapies to our clients, with a focus on improving their overall health and well-being. What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive client assessments to determine their specific needs and develop personalised treatment plans
- Delivering a range of natural and alternative therapies, such as acupuncture, massage, and herbal medicine
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
- Promoting the Centre's services and building a loyal client base
- Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to client care
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in a natural or alternative therapy, such as traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, or herbal medicine
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Therapist in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of natural and alternative therapies, their benefits, and how to apply them effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- A compassionate and patient-centric approach to healthcare
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
