Job Responsibilities:

•    learn up and expose to new product design review, ensure design is within the capability of SMT process.

•    Ensure Chip mounter machine program available and matching the build sheet of the new product.

•    Ensure reflow profiling done a meet new product requirement.

•    Evaluate and recommend new material for new product when necessary. Example, solder paste, SMT glue , stencil material and etc.

•    Assist engineer to carry out DOE to optimize or resolve problem encounter during new product development.

•    Ensure accurate documentation of the DOE, POR (Process of Record), control plan and FMEA

Job Requirements:


•    Degree in Electrical and Electronics or ECE or equivalent relevant.    

•    Good Team Player and fast response
