What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high levels of safety and quality
  • Identify and implement process improvements and solve problems to enhance productivity and performance
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality control measures, and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Communicate with management, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate production activities and address any issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, performance metrics, and inventory levels

What we're looking for

  • ​Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in garment/ fashion production supervisory or team leader role in a manufacturing environment
  • Thorough understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety practices
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to identify and address production challenges
  • Good organizational​, time management​, ability to work ​under pressure
  • Ability to communicate ​in Malay, English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) ​to ensure effective communication across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
