Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment IT (L2 support for Aladdin) position located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing Level 2 support for Aladdin, handling day-to-day operational tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. You will work closely with investment teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of investment tools and systems, and providing technical support to enhance the investment process.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Expertise in Investments, Investment Strategies, and Investment Management
- Knowledge in Finance
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience with Aladdin platform is a plus
- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge in

- Familiarization to work under I
T best practices / ITIL processes.
- Closely follow up on
outstanding L2 incident
& service requests up till closure and ensure users are informed and updated about their ticket status.
