UIUX Designer

Job Summary:

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves translating user needs and business objectives into engaging, functional interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation and a consistent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:User Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design solutions.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to define user journeys and product features.
• Apply UX best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.

User Interface (UI)

• Design visually appealing, brand-consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and UI guidelines.
• Ensure responsive and adaptive design for different screen sizes and devices.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Support senior designers and team leads in conceptualizing new features or product enhancements.
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM7,000.00 per month
