You will be part of the Cytron Purchasing Team, contributing to the company's procurement processes. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling various aspects of purchasing and supplier management while developing skills such as communication, negotiation, and data management.

Responsibility:

  • Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotation, raising purchase request, and issuing purchase orders.
  • Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all purchases, including order details, supplier information, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Requirement(s):

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Cina.
