QHSE Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure strict adherence to the company's HSE policies, procedures, and controls at all times.
• Develop, manage, and improve the company's HSE objectives, strategies, and plans to ensure all activities and projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain compliance with all safety-related regulatory requirements.
• Support the Human Resources Department in ensuring proper job training and the development of required skill sets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Project HSE Coordinators regarding HSE plans, processes, agreements, and progress updates.
• Monitor safety and health issues and implement corrective measures in accordance with OSHA.
• Investigate and record all reportable incidents, and assist line personnel during the investigation process.
• Provide guidance and expertise on safety and health matters to the site team.
• Ensure compliance with the client's OSH code of conduct and all mandatory regulations.
• Serve as the liaison with the client, attend meetings, and coordinate site activities.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the company.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant QHSE certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 are required.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
