Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to the client's customers in Chinese speaking to schedule appointments.
  • Confirm appointment details (date, time and location) with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure attendance on the scheduled appointment date.
  • Handle appointment rescheduling requests accurately and professionally.
  • Update and maintain accurate call records and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
  • Adhere to approved call scripts, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and client representatives to ensure smooth appointment execution.
Performance Targets & Incentives
  • Clear appointment booking and confirmation KPIs will be assigned.
  • Incentives / commissions will be paid for achieving or exceeding targets
Requirements
  • Minimum high school / diploma qualification (higher education is an advantage).
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken); basic English/Malay communication is required.
  • Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentive-based performance.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
