Review and Optimize Process Designs

• Evaluate consultant-provided process designs and propose optimized, cost-effective solutions without compromising safety, reliability, or performance.

Develop Preliminary Process Designs

• Prepare preliminary process flow diagrams (PFDs) and related design deliverables for Oil & Gas facilities during tender and proposal stages.

Coordinate and Supervise Engineering Activities

• Oversee process design work executed by external engineering consultants, ensuring alignment with project requirements, standards, and schedules. Collaborate closely with the Project team to resolve technical issues and support project progress.

Execute In-House Process Design for Small Facilities

• Perform full process engineering work for small-scale plants, such as Biomethane production facilities, including design calculations, sizing, and development of process documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably within oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy-related industries.
• Hands-on experience in projects and operational support.
• Exposure to commissioning and start-up activities is an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, unit operations, and process safety.
• Proficiency in process simulation and engineering tools
• Ability to interpret and develop technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
