About Us

Gaia Eats is a fast-growing multi-brand F&B group operating subscription meal brands, frozen food products, and restaurants. We are an AI-driven marketing organisation, producing constant short-form and campaign content across TikTok, Instagram, and ads.

Role Summary

You will create constant short-form content across our brands, including food shots, lifestyle scenes, POV videos, UGC-style content, ad creatives, and behind-the-scenes clips. You'll work closely with our marketing + AI team to turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation:

  • Shoot short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for multiple brands
  • Record product, food, restaurant, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Act on camera or direct simple scenes when needed
  • Capture raw content during events, shoots, or restaurant operation

Fast Video Editing:

  • Edit using CapCut, VN, or similar
  • Add hooks, captions, sound effects, transitions
  • Follow brand style and pace
  • Produce viral-friendly, trend-based edits

Content Ideation:

  • Use AI prompts + creativity to generate content ideas
  • Identify trends and adapt them for our brands
  • Create relatable, fun, and shareable storylines
  • Contribute creative angles for ads

Publishing Support:

  • Work with the marketing team to schedule and prepare content
  • Export, format, and upload content as needed
  • Maintain consistency in content output

Requirements Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong ability to shoot & edit short videos
  • Experience creating content for TikTok/Reels - Good camera sense (phone camera is fine)
  • Understands trends, hooks, UGC, storytelling
  • Creative, expressive, and confident in ideation
  • Able to work fast and deliver multiple videos weekly
  • On-site availability in OUG, KL
