About the role
We are seeking a talented Resident Medical Officer to join our team at the TTMC Mediclinic in Seri Alam, Johor. As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to develop your skills and experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Assess and diagnose patient conditions, and develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Provide general medical care, including conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care
- Stay up to date with the latest medical developments and best practices
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
What we're looking for
- Medical degree with a valid license to practice in Malaysia
- Experience as a Resident Medical Officer; exposure to occupational health and disease (OHD) is a plus
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
- Collaborative, proactive, and patient-focused approach
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
