Job Purpose

The Visual Merchandiser will support the Visual Merchandising Manager in executing visual merchandising strategies across retail outlets to ensure strong brand presentation, consistency, and optimal customer experience. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow within a fast-paced retail and FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in executing in-store visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards across all assigned outlets.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining visual displays, window concepts, planograms, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure store layouts, product placement, and visual elements are aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual standards, identify gaps, and provide feedback to store teams.
  • Assist in coordinating new store openings, renovations, and seasonal campaign rollouts.
  • Work closely with retail operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of visual initiatives.
  • Support basic reporting, documentation, and photo audits of store visuals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor visuals, and best practices in visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, graphic design or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interest in retail, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
  • Creative mindset with good attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Willingness to travel to retail outlets as required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools is an advantage.
