Key Responsibilities :

· Customer Service: Assist customers in locating products, provide recommendations, and resolve inquiries or complaints.

· Sales Transactions: Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.

· Inventory Management: Restock shelves, monitor stock levels, and update inventory records.

· Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing through proper merchandising.

· Documentation: Submit daily reports or documents to internal departments as required.

· Receiving Deliveries: Accept incoming stock and ensure proper storage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

· Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

· Basic Math Skills: For handling transactions and stock counts.

· Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate inventory and clean displays.

· Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff to maintain smooth operations.

· Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
