What you'll be doing?
  • Client portfolio management: Oversee a diverse range of small and medium-sized companies across various industries, providing tailored tax services.
  • Tax compliance: Ensure timely preparation and submission of direct tax returns, including all necessary compliance documents and correspondence.
  • Corporate tax advisory: Manage corporate tax matters and offer expert advice to clients, helping them navigate complex tax landscapes.
  • Team leadership: Provide support, training, and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Versatile role: Engage in various ad-hoc assignments as needed, contributing to the firm's overall success and expanding your skill set.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Diploma, Degree, or Professional qualification in tax and accounting, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of corporate tax-related working experience, bringing valuable insights to the role.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin, to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
  • Interpersonal abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building client relationships and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, to efficiently manage tax-related tasks and documentation.
