Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Business Analyst Manager to lead business-technology alignment efforts, with a strong focus on AI and Generative AI (GenAI) implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze and optimize business processes, support AI-driven transformation initiatives, and drive the adoption of advanced data and automation technologies to enhance business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities, particularly where AI or GenAI can create transformative value.

  • Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.

  • Liaise between various business departments and groups.

  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.

  • Identify and assess AI use cases, helping prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.

  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for AI-driven projects including business cases, process changes, and governance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that include insights from AI models to help businesses understand their business performance.

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools.

  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.

  • Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and contribute to the organization's AI strategy and roadmap.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analyst

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills / Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with data analytics, business process modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

  • Familiarity with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, etc.) and their enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in specific industries such as technology, finance, property development or construction.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, both traditional and Agile/Scrum.

  • Experience in deploying GenAI use cases in enterprise environments (e.g., intelligent assistants, knowledge retrieval, summarization, etc.).
