Qualification/Requirement:

  • Education: SPM + Certificate A0/A4 or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure safety of the workers and workplace.
  • To train wireman and apprentice & carry out repair works of electrical parts when required.
  • Assist the QMR to identify & evaluate significant environmental aspects and impacts for activities in the mill.
  • Responsible for the control and monitoring of diesel consumption, electrical usage, water consumption, purchase, storage and disposal of used items which have significant impacts on the environment from the store.
  • Responsible for the control and monitoring of effluent treatment, ensuring that the activities carried out are in accordance with the QMS and sustainability requirement.
  • Assist the QMR to monitor, correct and improve activities mentioned above to achieve the set objective and target.
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned by the QMR/M.M or QMR.
  • To accompany electrical consultant during his visit and report.
