Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR department in recruitment, training coordination, and daily operations.
• Assist in job postings, candidate sourcing, interview arrangements, and job profiling assessments.
• Help identify training needs, organize training sessions, and maintain training records and reports.
• Participate in HR and company projects such as recruitment campaigns, engagement activities, and company events.
• Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to improve HR processes and recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. Graduates in Human Resources, Finance, Insurance, or Banking will have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in Penang (outstation applicants must be willing to relocate).
• Possess good problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, passionate, innovative, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic Canva skills will be an added advantage.
