Job Description
  • Chauffeur President of the Group (the "Group President"), his family members or anyone as instructed.
  • Ensure the safety of Group President, his family members and his guests.
  • Show respect and professionalism to the Group President, his family and his guests.
  • Observe all safety protocols as per Country/ State requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of petty cash expenditure receipts and overtime attendance record to be approved by the respective personnel by the following morning.
  • Keep cars maintained and clean including washing, cleaning, vacuuming and polishing.
  • Ensure the condition of the cars and send it for regular maintenance or repairs when needed.
  • Practice safe driving habits and maintain safe driving record and familiarity with the roads and GPS usage.
  • Running errands for the office.
  • Report to Human Resource Department of the Group and/or the designated person in charge.
  • Assist with other duties as required.
Requirement
  • At least 5 years of experience as personal driver.
  • Able to speak English.
  • Owns smartphone and able to operate Google Maps/ Waze.
  • Willing to work weekends and adapt to flexible hours.
  • Owns transport (motorbike or car) to report for work.
  • Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Non-smoker, well-groomed and personable.
  • Able to accommodate and deal with changes in schedule.
