Internship - Operations Excellence (Product Information Management)

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

Join us as an Intern in our Product Portfolio Management team and you will work on exciting projects in Operation Excellence . As a member of our international and multidisciplinary team, you will gain experience in global projects and solution management, improve your practical expertise, and solve real-life challenges in an international enterprise.

The start date for the internship is flexible to the student's availability with a duration of at least 4-6 months.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As the global process expert for systems and processes all around product information, you will:

1.Consult and support the Global Marketing community with the right setup for their product data and information in preparation for product launches.

2.Drive and support the continuous improvement of the systems based on the feedback from your daily interaction with the users. In doing so, you will work closely with your teammates, stakeholder from Business Unit, Market Organization and IT department.

3.Create and enhance test case, execute testing, support go-lives and improve the system with further product increments.

4.Build operation report where teams can analyze and define improvement items.

Additionally, you will be located in our strategic IT office in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and be part of our dynamic international team.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

• You are currently enrolled in Bachelor's / Master's, or studies in Information Technology / Business Administration or related fields

• Your strategic approach and good problem-solving skills are paired with proactiveness and a hands-on mentality

• You have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English

• You are eager to learn and challenge yourself
