The team plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional localized gaming experiences across Asia. The studio has teams based in Tokyo and Malaysia and they collaborate closely with development studios, QA, marketing, and communications teams to ensure each title resonates with local audiences.
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Producer to support the studio's mission of creating high-quality, culturally relevant localized content for players throughout Asia.
This position is hands-on across the entire production and publishing process of localized titles.
The Producer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, regionally tailored releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee localization projects from planning through delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate between development, QA, and internal production teams to define project goals and localization needs.
- Manage localization assets and milestones throughout the publishing cycle.
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to align on messaging, regional strategies, and launch plans.
- Provide regional insights into cultural preferences, player behavior, and content sensitivities to inform publishing decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the gaming industry (PC, console, or mobile) in a production or project management role
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with modern production and localization tools (e.g., MemoQ, JIRA, and related AI-driven software).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Solid understanding of Asian markets such as Japan, China, and Korea, and their respective content requirements.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Traditional and/or Simplified) is essential, with strong writing and communication skills. Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Passion for video games and awareness of both Asian and global gaming trends.
