About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and expand brand presence in the Web3 and institutional market. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — driving digital marketing, partnerships, and events to build awareness and credibility across the blockchain ecosystem.

You will work closely with senior management and product teams to position the brand as a trusted leader in the digital asset and institutional fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, content, and event channels.
  • Drive online engagement through SEO, social media, email campaigns, and digital storytelling.
  • Create impactful marketing materials — including blog posts, decks, visuals, and website updates.
  • Manage B2B and institutional marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
  • Build partnerships with Web3 communities, media, and ecosystem collaborators.
  • Plan and manage events, conferences, and roadshows to enhance visibility and outreach.
  • Collect market insights and client feedback to guide product positioning and strategy.
  • Track and report marketing performance to measure ROI and optimize effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
  • Strong background in B2B or institutional client marketing.
  • Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools (SEO, social media platforms, and content systems).
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Preferred Skills

  • Design familiarity using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with vendor management and media planning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
