Job Scope

  • Prepare and assemble all necessary documentation for the renewal of licences for all dialysis centres, ensuring submissions are completed at least six months before the licence expiry date.
  • Ensure all agreements related to Service Provider operations are accurately logged, updated, and managed within the Contract Database, including initiating renewal processes ahead of expiry and keeping the Management team informed.
  • Handle, update, and process all invoices submitted by dialysis centres for payment, and provide patient treatment figures to the centre Nephrologists to facilitate invoice issuance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the sourcing of goods and services, ensuring all transactions are conducted appropriately and in line with the Company's corporate policies. Verify that all goods and services supplied to dialysis centres are properly delivered and documented.
  • Regularly review customer payments and take timely follow-up actions as required under the Company's SOP.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding amounts or potential bad debts in a professional and responsible manner.
  • Collaborate with government bodies to support reimbursement claims for sponsored dialysis patients.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor as needed on an ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience required.
  • Exposure in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
