As a Structural Engineer at TS ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the designs, analyzes, and oversees the construction of structures at site, ensuring their safety and stability by calculating loads, selecting materials, and creating detailed plans using computer-aided design software. Key responsibilities include collaborating with architects and contractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, conducting site inspections, and supervising construction personnel.  This full-time position will see you contributing to the company's success through your expertise in structural analysis, design, and project execution.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting structural analysis and design for a variety of civil engineering projects
  2. Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  4. Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications
  5. Providing technical support and advice to project managers and clients
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in the civil/construction industry
  3. Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., Esteem, Prota)
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  6. Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
