Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Field Sales team under Maxis – Hotlink. This role involves promoting and selling Hotlink prepaid and postpaid plans to customers in assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach and engage potential customers in residential areas, events, or public spaces
  • Promote and sell Hotlink products and services
  • Assist customers in choosing the best plan based on their needs
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Possess own transport (motorcycle or car)
  • Own an Android phone
  • Willing to work outdoors, including weekends and public holidays
  • Friendly, proactive, and motivated

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary: RM2,500 per month
  • Commission: Uncapped (average total up to RM4,000++ monthly)
  • Performance bonuses and additional incentives
