International Supplier Development Supervisor / 5.5 days / up t MYR9,000 / Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Position: International Supplier Development Supervisor

Company Background: Data Center Supply Chain and Engineering company

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri

Working Hours: 9am ~6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am~ 1pm (Sat)

Salary Range: Basic RM7,000~RM9,000

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for supplier development, evaluation, and management.

· Identifying new potential suppliers, establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers, and ensuring that suppliers can provide the required materials and services on time, in accordance with quality standards, and in the required quantity.

· Evaluating supplier performance to ensure they consistently meet the company's requirements and standards.

· Develop and adjust procurement plans based on the company's production schedule and market demand.

· Determining the quantity, specifications, quality standards, and delivery times of the procured items to meet project and production requirements

· Controlling procurement costs includes negotiating prices with suppliers, seeking opportunities for cost optimization, and monitoring various expenses during the procurement process to ensure that procurement activities are conducted within budget.

· Regular analysis of procurement costs and the development of recommendations and measures to reduce costs.

· Ensure that the quality of development materials meets the company's quality standards.

· Collaborating with the quality management department to develop and implement a quality inspection plan for purchased items.

· Leading and managing the team ensures that team members can efficiently complete tasks.

· Closely monitor market dynamics and industry trends, and conduct market analysis and forecasting. Conduct market analysis and forecasting can provide strong support for the company's procurement decisions.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Mechanical and Electrical engineering majors.

· 10 years relevant experiences

· Market analysis and forecasting, supplier management, procurement strategy development, cost control and negotiation, risk management and compliance, team leadership and management, procurement process optimization, and cross-departmental communication and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM9,000.00 per month
